What to wear
Although we have plenty of breaks for refreshments please be aware that you will be on your feet for most of the session, so comfortable shoes are a must. But please avoid sandals or open toed shoes for safety reasons. It can also get quite warm in the kitchen so wearing layers is advisable. You will be provided with a Tideswell School of Food apron to wear during the course.

Please let us know at the time of booking your course whether you have any allergies or food preferences so that we can cater for your requirements.
If you have an extreme allergic reaction to certain foods, unfortunately we will be unable to accept you on our courses. Although our kitchens are cleaned daily we cannot guarantee nuts, shellfish or other potential allergens will not be present around the kitchen.
What to bring
You don’t really need to bring anything with you on the day. You will be provided with tea/coffee and water throughout the session and lunch on our full day courses. You will also receive a full recipe pack for all of the dishes that you will be cooking throughout the session along with note paper and a pen to jot down any useful tips and tricks from the chef. We will also provide you with take away containers should you need to take any food away with you at the end of the session.
